VENUE RULES

At Melodic Moments, we want every celebration to be fun, safe, and memorable. To help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests, please review the following house rules before your event begins.

PLEASE AVOID

• Smoking, vaping, hookah use, or illegal drug use anywhere inside the venue.

• Rearranging, relocating, or removing venue furniture unless approved by a Melodic Moments staff member.

• Using the pool table as a table, seat, storage area, or decoration station. The pool table is intended for billiards only.

• Attaching decorations, signs, balloons, tape, adhesives, nails, screws, tacks, or other materials to walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, televisions, mirrors, or equipment.

• Bringing candles, open flames, cooking appliances, fireworks, pyrotechnics, or any other hazardous items into the venue.

• Bringing materials that create excessive cleanup or may damage the venue, including confetti, glitter, colored powder, or similar decorative products.

• Participating in activities that are likely to stain, damage, or require excessive cleanup, including games involving beverages, paint, or similar materials.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

• Please be respectful of neighboring businesses and nearby residents by keeping outdoor conversations and noise to a minimum while arriving and departing.

• Place all trash into garbage bags before your reservation ends.

• Take all decorations, food, beverages, gifts, rental equipment, and personal belongings with you when your event concludes.

• Please leave the venue clean, organized, and free of any personal items so we can prepare for our next guests.
